Our printed labels are self-adhesive labels processed from thermal paper and other face stocks. Facestock options include 65g/70g/76g eco-friendly thermal paper for supermarkets (clear printing without ribbon, scratch-resistant and oil-proof), 80g coated paper and 75um/95um synthetic paper. The liner adopts 40g/50g/60g glassine paper (white/yellow/blue) for high color reproduction, smooth peeling and no paper jams, compatible with automatic labeling machines. Adhesive is standard permanent hotmelt, with optional water-based glue (easy tearing, no residue) and freezer glue (stable at -15℃~0℃) for room-temperature shelves, paper packaging and fresh food freezers. Flexographic printing supports up to 10 colors, covering CMYK and Pantone printing, with precise printing of prices, barcodes, QR codes, product names, logos, shelf life, promotional text and multi-languages.
